Feyenoord head coach Arne Slot has, on Friday, provided an update on his future, amid ongoing links with Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur.
The name of tactician Slot has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines on the Lilywhite half of north London over recent days.
This comes amid mounting claims that the Dutchman has been identified as a leading candidate to take up the reins at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ahead of next season.
Daniel Levy and the powers that be at Spurs remain on the lookout for a long-term replacement for ex-head coach Antonio Conte, after bidding the controversial Italian farewell back in March.

Slot, meanwhile, fresh off a stellar campaign in his home country – which saw his Feyenoord side clinch the Eredivisie title with two games to spare – is firmly in the sights of the capital club.
Speaking to the media on Friday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his future was put to Slot himself.
Reiterating his commitment to the Feyenoord cause, the tactician explained:
“This morning already we were working on plans for the summer and after the summer. So we just continue like that because I still have a remaining contract – for two years.”
