However, Manchester United have improved a great deal in recent months and are the only side to beat the Gunners in the league this season.
As a result, a tough test was expected for both sides on Sunday.
And, at the time of writing, Manchester United are leading 1-0.
Mikel Arteta’s side the better of the two sides but it was the Red Devils who struck first.
Marcus Rashford intercepted a poor ball from Thomas Partey before then meging the midfielder and smashing a long-range effort past Ramsdale.
