Fans of Premier League table-toppers Arsenal have taken to social media in numbers on Friday night, to poke fun at Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk.

Wide-man Mudryk, of course, has seen his name take its place front and centre in the headlines once more late this evening.

Unfortunately for the Ukrainian, however, this has come for altogether less than positive reasons.

After impressing off the bench in his first appearance in Chelsea colours against Liverpool two weeks ago, Mudryk was rewarded with a first start on Friday, in a Premier League meeting with Fulham.

Safe to say, however, that the gifted attacker’s full debut did no go exactly according to plan.

Instead, after failing to make a telling impact on proceedings across the opening 45 minutes, Mudryk was hooked at the interval, replaced by fellow winter arrival Noni Madueke.

Mudryk, of course, was widely expected to link up with Mikel Arteta’s troops throughout the January window, only to jump at the chance to link up with their London rivals upon Todd Boehly and co. agreeing to meet Shakhtar Donetsk’s hefty demands.

In turn, Gunners supporters the world over have made use of the opportunity to poke fun at both their side’s former target, and Chelsea alike:
