Predicted XI

Team News

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is not expected to ring in the changes on Sunday as the Gunners head north to Goodison Park in the hopes of extracting all three points in a bogey fixture against Everton on Merseyside.

The same trio of absentees persist as Jurriën Timber is out for the season, while Thomas Partey and Mohamed Elneny are also sidelined through injury.

There is little reason, in theory, for Arteta to change anything to the XI that won against Manchester United, but if Brazilian international forward Gabriel Jesus is fit enough to start, he may be reinstated as first-choice striker ahead of Eddie Nketiah, who has deputized well in his absence.
