Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has seen his personnel options boosted in timely fashion ahead of the club’s next outing.
The Gunners, of course, are currently in the process of preparing for a return to action.
After being sent packing from the FA Cup at the hands of Manchester City last weekend, Arteta’s troops will kick their pursuit of what would prove to be a shock league title back into gear, in a meeting with relegation-threatened Everton at Goodison Park.
Arsenal will head into the clash sweating over the wellbeing of a key member of the club’s first-choice XI, after midfield standout Thomas Partey was forced into a premature departure from proceedings at the Etihad last time out.

It will therefore no doubt come as music to the ears of the Gunners faithful to hear of a potential Partey replacement being spotted in training on Friday.
As showcased in the image below, Jorginho – fresh off a deadline day transfer from capital rivals Chelsea – took his place alongside the rest of Mikel Arteta’s squad at London Colney for the first time today.
