Barcelona secured their place in the Copa del Rey final after a 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid, sealing a 5-4 aggregate win.

Ferran Torres’ first-half goal proved to be the winner as Xavi’s side triumphed on enemy soil.

Lamine Yamal was instrumental in Barca’s attack, threading a through ball in the 27th minute to Ferran, who stretched to poke the ball past Juan Musso into the bottom-left corner.

Atletico struggled to create any clear-cut chances, with their frustrations evident throughout the first half, where they failed to register a shot on target.

Barcelona could have extended their lead before the break, but Musso denied Raphinha with a smart save.

Atletico responded with three half-time substitutions, introducing Alexander Sorloth to add a more direct approach, but the Norwegian saw a close-range effort hit the side netting.

The second half saw relentless Atletico pressure, with Griezmann and Sorloth coming close.

Late on, the hosts pushed bodies forward, with goalkeeper Musso venturing into the opposition box for a last-minute free-kick, but Barcelona cleared their lines to secure their spot in the final.
