Borussia Dortmund star Karim Adeyemi has taken to social media on Sunday evening, to provide an update on his wellbeing.
For those who may have missed it, hitman Adeyemi set pulses racing across the Dortmund fanbase earlier today.
This came upon the German international, after opening the scoring en route to a 4-1 triumph, limping out of BVB’s meeting with Hertha BSC.
Adeyemi’s exit came owing to what appeared to be a hamstring issue, sparking immediate concern of a potential spell on the sidelines over the weeks ahead.
This of course comes as Edin Terzic’s men inch towards the 2nd leg of their Champions League showdown with Premier League giants Chelsea, a tie which Dortmund actually lead as a result of a moment of brilliance on Adeyemi’s part at Signal Iduna Park.

Safe to say, then, that the BVB faithful were no doubt awaiting an update on their gifted young attacker’s wellbeing with bated breath.
The news comes by way of none other than Adeyemi himself, who, late on Sunday evening, assured that he will be back on the pitch ‘soon’.
For reference, the 2nd leg of Dortmund’s Last-16 meeting with Chelsea is due to play out on March 7th.
