Brentford Team News

  • Out: Pontus Jansson, Kristoffer Ajer, Keane Lewis-Potter
  • Doubt: Frank Onyeka

Brentford boss Thomas Frank has hit a blip on the radar at the wrong time in the capital as the Bees come into the weekend amidst a four-match winless run in the Premier League, putting their chances of qualifying for Europe in jeopardy as the club sits four points off 6th-sitting Aston Villa.

There is still plenty of time and points available to make a late push in the final weeks, but Brentford will have to start that run against a tricky Wolves outfit that recently earned a credible result against Chelsea last time out.

The absences of Pontus Jansson, Kristoffer Ajer, and Keane Lewis-Potter will cause some measure of concern for Frank, particularly Jansson’s presence not being called on in the back line. Nigerian midfielder Frank Onyeka remains a doubt and will likely not feature unless something chances between now and tomorrow morning.
