Brighton Team News

  • Out: Jakub Moder, Adam Lallana
  • Doubt: Tariq Lamptey

Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi’s star continues to rise since his arrival on English shores amid the Seagull’s immediate supercharging under the Italian tactician that has them on the cups of possibly securing European football next season under the former Shakhtar Donetsk manager, but a tricky home tie against Brentford awaits the highflying south coast outfit.

Thankfully for RDZ, few headaches exist as football returns from another international break, with only midfielder Jakub Moder, and creative outlet Adam Lallana remain sidelined through injury. Ghanaian international right-back Tariq Lamptey will have to endure a late assessment to gauge his availability ahead of the clash with Thomas Frank’s Bees, but Joël Veltman is on standby and capable to slot into the position should Lamptey not pass fit for service.
