Arsenal headed into the game looking to continue their run as the only side in the Premier League not to drop points this season.
That accolade did look to be at risk after 56 minutes when Aleksandr Mitrovic continued his fine goalscoring form and fired Fulham into the lead.
However, Arsenal hit back eight minutes late via club captain, Martin Odegaard. Gabriel Magalhaes then scored the winner 86 minutes in to make up for his earlier error.
Following the Fulham tie, Bukayo Saka sent out a message, in which he outlined Arsenal’s hunger to win each game.
Speaking to BBC Match of the Day Saka said: “We’re all so hungry to win each game. We’re going to continue like this for the whole season. We know how difficult the Premier League is. We’re just focusing on the next game, the next game and then the next game.”
On Arsenal’s ability to come back now, Mikel Arteta added: “We’ve grown up, we have more alternatives, I think we have matured as well. A lot of that is about belief and confidence that you can do it and now we have that.”
