Twelve teams are in Carabao Cup action this evening as they look for a place in the quarter-finals of the competition.

The likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City are all hoping to secure their place in the last eight on their way to landing the first piece of silverware in the English football calendar.

They will hope to join Southampton and Brentford, who secured their quarter-final places by beating Championship sides Stoke and Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday evening.

When is the Carabao Cup draw?

The Carabao Cup quarter-final draw will take place live on Sky Sports after the conclusion of Tottenham v Manchester City on Wednesday night.

Presenter Mark Chapman will host the draw alongside pundits Jamie Redknapp and Izzy Christiansen.

The Carabao Cup quarter-finals will take place on the week commencing Monday, December 17.

The semi-finals will then be played over two legs, with the first leg starting from January 6 and the second leg the week beginning Monday, February 3.

The final will be held on Sunday, March 16 at Wembley Stadium.
