Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has, on Saturday, spoken out over the club’s plans for the summer transfer window.
First on the agenda comes confirmation of the first player set to be added to Los Blancos’ ranks with a view to the new season.
The man in question? Fran Garcia.
Those of a Real persuasion will of course be well accustomed to the name of stopper Garcia.
This comes with the Blancos youth product having departed the Spanish capital on a permanent basis in the summer of 2021, on the back of a successful loan stint with Rayo Vallecano.
And Garcia has since only gone on to impress, piquing attentions amongst those back at the Bernabeu.
And, speaking to the media on Saturday, Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Florentino Perez and co. have already come to the decision to bring the 23-year-old back to base:

Turning attentions towards more high-profile targets, Ancelotti was then drawn on the chances of Harry Kane landing at the Bernabeu over the coming months.
Frontman Kane, of course, has been hotly tipped for a Real switch ahead of the opening of the summer market.
This comes with Real Madrid on the lookout for fresh blood up top, amid ongoing speculation surrounding the future of Ballon d’Or holder Karim Benzema.
With just a year remaining on Kane’s terms with Tottenham, in turn, it has been suggested that the England international could finally be lured away from north London, to Madrid.
Ancelotti, though, was keen to play the subject down, albeit whilst admitting that he views Kane as a ‘top player’:
