Chelsea are set to face off with Leicester City this coming weekend in a Premier League clash.
The Blues head into the game looking to bounce back from their thrashing at the hands of Leeds United in gameweek three.
Chelsea were well and truly dominated by Jesse Marsch’s side, losing the game 3-0.
That result means Chelsea are currently 12th in the Premier League with four points from their opening three.
Leicester City, meanwhile, are having an even worse start to 2022/23. The Foxes have so far failed to win a league game this term, drawing with Brentford on the opening weekend before then losing to Arsenal and Southampton.
Tuchel on transfers and injuries
Ahead of facing Leicester, Tuchel provided an injury update on his side.
Elsewhere, Tuchel suggested he will be banned from the touchline this weekend following his bust-up with Antonio Conte: “I don’t think so [about being on the touchline]. I can arrive in the stadium and the changing room. I can’t be on the sideline but we need to wait for the final answer.”
Tuchel also spoke out about Chelsea signing more players this summer: “We have some ideas but maybe nobody comes in. It’s not a long window anymore.”
On Wesley Fofana training with Leicester’s under-23s, he added: “He’s not our player. It’s their decision and where it has to stay.”
