“It is a dream come true for sure. I’m buzzing to have put on the shirt and can’t wait to get started.”
Chelsea have been busy in the transfer market in recent weeks, in addition to securing Enzo Maresca as the club’s new head coach.
Full-back Ian Maatsen went in the opposite direction to Kellyman, signing for Villa yesterday, and Omari Hutchinson is expected to complete a move to Ipswich Town in the coming days having impressed on loan at Portman Road last season.
Tosin Adarabioyo joined from Fulham on a free transfer while Hakim Ziyech has gone to Galatasaray.
