Chelsea are set to face off with Fulham in a Premier League match on Thursday evening.
Chelsea head into the game on a dire run of form that has seen them pick up one win from their last seven outings across all competitions.
The Blues can move up to 6th with a win over Marco Silva’s side, but Liverpool will still have a game in hand on them and they will still be seven points off the Champions League places.
As a result, Potter was asked about the pressure surrounding him ahead of Fulham and said: “You always feel pressure, the higher you go the more pressure/noise on the outside. At a club like Chelsea, when you don’t get the results you want, there is noise and criticism. You have to keep trying to improve, stay strong and get through.”
The Chelsea chief also provided an injury update on his side, with a number of key players out of action this week:
“Pierre is fine and he will be in the squad. Christian [Pulisic] is a couple of months we think. Raheem is less, hopefully less than that. Ruben and Ben Chilwell getting closer,” he said.
