Undefeated in four games under Bellamy, Wales stand a strong chance of securing promotion to League A if they manage a victory over Group B4 leaders Turkey on November 16.
They could then clinch the promotion with a win in their final home fixture in Cardiff three days later.
Aaron Ramsey, meanwhile, continues to recover from a hamstring injury sustained during Wales’ 2-1 win over Montenegro in September and will remain out of action.

Other players absent from the squad due to injury include Leeds’ Ethan Ampadu and Swansea’s Ollie Cooper, but veteran Joe Allen retains his spot after making his return to international duty in October.
Goalkeeper Tom King of Wolves has also been recalled, replacing Sheffield United’s Adam Davies.
Meanwhile, James, who had been sidelined by a hamstring injury, made his return to Leeds on October 18 and has since made a notable impact, including scoring in a recent 3-0 win over Plymouth.
Leeds defender Joe Rodon is set to mark a milestone, with his 50th cap possible if he plays in both upcoming matches.
Bellamy’s tenure has so far been promising, with his unbeaten run raising expectations.
Following a goalless draw against Turkey, his team has secured back-to-back wins over Montenegro and a 2-2 draw with Iceland.
Wales can still qualify for League A with either a win or a potential playoff route if they finish as runners-up.
