Tottenham Hotspur and Formula 1 have signed a 15-year strategic partnership.
The partnership will include the production of an electric karting track below the club’s stadium.
It will become the world’s first in-stadium electric karting facility and will be based below Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s iconic South Stand.
The facility’s aim is to identify the next wave of F1 drivers, engage new audiences, and provide apprenticeship and career opportunities for local youth in the motorsport industry.
Meanwhile, both parties collaborate on initiatives to promote environmental responsibility throughout the partnership.
The north London club are looking to fulfil its commitment to be net zero carbon by 2030, halve its greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and become net zero by 2040.
