EA Sports have unveiled their highly anticipated Team of the Year (TOTY) for the popular video game EA Sports FC 25.

Released every year, the TOTY  features a squad of the best-performing players in the world from over the past 12 months, compiled into one elite team.

The fan-voted teams were announced on Thursday, with both the men’s and women’s selections boasting a 4-3-3 formation and showcasing some of the biggest names in the game.

This prestigious selection features the game’s highest-rated cards, making them highly sought-after by players in the Ultimate Team mode.

For years, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo dominated the TOTY rankings, but with their respective careers settling in the Saudi Pro League and MLS, some new stars have emerged.

They remain the rarest and most expensive cards across the game’s annual lifespan, and only those with luck on their side will unwrap them in reward packs.

Others will have to save up their coins by playing the game and earning achievements as they grind the ultimate rewards.

70 players were nominated for inclusion in the men’s team, with a handful also up for selection across the women’s competitions.

Below you can find the full selections for each TOTY for 2025:
