Aston Villa star Emiliano Martinez has moved to congratulate Manchester United starlet Alejandro Garnacho, on the back of the gifted attacker’s senior international bow.
For those who may have missed it, Garnacho was afforded his first-ever appearance for home country Argentina earlier today.
The Albiceleste, in their third outing since being crowned world champions late last year, made the trip to Beijing, for a friendly meeting with Australia.
When all was said and done, the South American heavyweights came away with a predictably comfortable victory, owing to goals on the part of Lionel Messi, and German Pezzella.
And, though only a friendly, the clash will live long in the memory for the aforementioned Garnacho.
This comes after, a little over 15 minutes from time, the highly-regarded Man United talent was introduced off the bench, marking the first of what will no doubt prove to be a lengthy string of appearances in the famed blue and white stripes of Argentina.
