England will face Slovakia in the last 16 of Euro 2024 on Sunday.
The Three Lions finished top of Group C despite struggling to impress so far and have now been handed a tie against the side who finished third in Group E.
They did so by claiming a shock win over Belgium in their first game, before losing to Ukraine and drawing 1-1 with Romania on Wednesday.
England have won four times and drawn once in five previous meetings against the Falcons, with their most recent meeting at a major tournament coming in a goalless draw in the group stage of Euro 2016.
Gareth Southgate’s men can consider it a favourable tie against the 45th-ranked side despite struggling during two draws against Denmark and Slovenia following a laboured 1-0 win over Serbia in their first game.
The game kicks off at 5pm UK time at the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen, where they faced Serbia in their first game.

They have also avoided the likes of France, Germany, Spain and Portugal on their side of the draw, meaning the earliest they could face any of those teams would be the final.
Elsewhere, Switzerland take on Italy on Saturday before hosts Germany take centre stage against Denmark.
Spain against Georgia, who stunned Portugal 2-0 on Wednesday night, follows England’s clash on Sunday.
Monday sees France and Belgium come to blows as Portugal take on Slovenia, with Romania facing the Netherlands and Austria playing Turkey on Tuesday.
