Manchester United have already had a fairly active summer transfer window that has seen them sign four players.
At the back the Red Devils brought in Lisandro Martinez and Tyrell Malacia, whilst Christian Eriksen and Casemiro have bolstered what was a very weak midfield.
But with just over a week of the window to go, it is fair to say a lot could still happen at United.
And on Wednesday, The Athletic have shed some light on everything that can happen before the window slams shut.
First up, on Cristiano Ronaldo, they report that as far as Erik ten Hag is concerned, either he accepts being rotated in and out of the team and cracks on or a new club needs to be found. Should Ronaldo leave United, Ten Hag would likely want two new attackers through the door, rather than the one he currently wants.
Elsewhere, a new goalkeeper to push David de Gea is also expected, with Kevin Trapp among the names being considered as deputy.
Antony and Cody Gakpo are also mentioned in the report, as is a potential loan move for Christian Pulisic. Chelsea, though, are not expected to sign Harry Maguire.
Finally, the Frenkie de Jong saga is over due to the arrival of Casemiro, Alvaro Morata is deemed too expensive and a number of clubs, including Southampton, are looking at James Garner.
