France captain Kylian Mbappe has been named on the bench for his side’s Uefa Euro 2024 Group D game against the Netherlands.
Real Madrid newcomer Mbappe left the pitch with a broken nose late in Les Blues’ opening 1-0 win against Austria on Monday.
Mbappe’s club team-mate, midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, replaced him from the start in Leipzig, with forward Antoine Griezmann likely to play a more advanced role in the absence of their third-highest scorer of all time.
