UFEA Europa League Final
The Europa League has gone through a lot of changes since its inception in 1971, but today, it’s grown into a spectacle we’ve been glued to all season. It’s been a wild ride in the past few weeks as we’ve watched with bated breath to see which teams would come out on top in the 2024 UEL, and now we’re finally ready to see a showdown where everyone has something to prove.
Atalanta vs. Leverkusen
2024’s UEL will see Italy’s Atalanta face off against German powerhouse club Leverkusen at the Dublin Arena in the Republic of Ireland.
Leverkusen is coming into the final on the back of a record-breaking undefeated streak of 49 games, with every intention of keeping it up and taking home a trophy to match. On the other hand, Atalanta is a club with a much smaller fanbase but who have been at the top of their game all season, happy to prove that numbers and fame are nothing in the face of true skill.

The UEFA Europa Conference League hasn’t been around for very long, first founded just three years ago in 2021, yet we’re still chuffed with the showings we’ve seen. The conference league may be one of the less prestigious tournaments, however, this lends itself to a more open competition where anyone can find their way to the top.
This is precisely what’s happened this year, with an unexpected team entering the final to much fanfare.

The 2024 Conference League final will see Greece’s Olympiacos hosting Italy’s Fiorentina on their home soil at Athens’ AEK Arena.
This is a must-see event for Greek football fans as the Olympiacos earn themselves a spot in a European final, marking the first time Greece has made a UEFA final since 1971. Needless to say, Greek fans are beside themselves with excitement to see a home team on such a major stage. Italy’s Fiorentina Club represents the opposite end of the spectrum, returning to the Conference Final after losing out to West Ham in 2023.
