Photos of Chelsea owner Todd Boehly engaging in a heated back-and-forth with a section of the club’s supporters have come to the fore on Saturday evening.
The Blues, of course, were back in action a short time ago.
Fresh off back-to-back defeats under the watch of interim head coach Frank Lampard, Chelsea welcomed Brighton & Hove Albion to Stamford Bridge, desperate for a return to winning ways.
When all was said and done in west London, however, the concerns of the capital giants only deepened.
This came as goals on the part of Danny Welbeck and Julio Enciso proved enough to guide the day’s visitors to the right side of a 2-1 result.

On the back of the full-time whistle bringing a close to proceedings in west London, it should therefore come as little surprise to hear of the Chelsea faithful making their frustrations known.
Boehly, in turn, swiftly returned fire, no doubt adamant that his disappointment is equally as palpable as the club’s fanbase.
An already tense situation in England’s capital takes another turn for the worse…
