Chelsea star Joao Felix has taken to social media on Saturday evening, to send a message to the club’s supporterbase.
The name of hitman Felix, of course, took its place front and centre in the headlines on the blue half of west London a little over two weeks ago.
Unfortunately for the Portuguese international, though, this came for all the wrong reasons.
Just days on from putting pen to paper on loan terms with Graham Potter’s troops, Felix was afforded his first start in Chelsea colours, in a Premier League meeting with Fulham.
Incredibly, however, his debut went on to last less than an hour, as the former Benfica talent was sent for an early bath owing to a dangerous challenge on Kenny Tete.
That’s a horror tackle 😳

Felix, in turn, has spent the last fortnight watching on from the sidelines, suspended for Chelsea’s league fixtures against both Crystal Palace and Liverpool.
Taking to his official social media platforms, Felix suggested that he is ready to put his shaky start in England firmly behind him, at the same time thanking Chelsea’s fans for their ongoing support.
It’s not about how it starts , it’s about how it ends.
Back soon, blues 💙🤍
