Liverpool have endured a very tricky season as they sit 9th in the Premier League and 21 points off the top spot.
The Reds’ team has been decimated by injuries and is just in need of reinforcements in key areas.
Midfield is particularly an area of concern for Liverpool fans, who are keen for the club to strengthen in that area.
However, Jürgen Klopp’s latest comments suggest that will not be the case this month.

Klopp has said he is happy with how his midfielders are doing in both matches and training.
He claims all seven of his options are pushing to play matches and showing the right attitude.
His latest comments appear to suggest that no midfield reinforcements are expected to arrive in January.
Klopp said: “The midfield three has worked in recent games. We will see who starts Sunday.
“The boys want to show up and want to play.
“We have seven midfielders in perfect shape. We can only select three.”
