England captain Harry Kane is set to start against Finland in the UEFA Nations League on Tuesday, which will mark his 100th cap for the Three Lions.
Kane will become the 10th player to achieve such a feat, but he also has the privilege of being England’s all-time leading goalscorer as well.
Lee Carsley has opted to stick with the Bayern Munich striker, despite many calling for the likes of Ollie Watkins and Ivan Toney to get more minutes on the pitch.
Kane’s first England appearance came when he was just 21, a 19-minute cameo against Lithuania.
In typical Kane fashion, he scored on his debut and has never looked back.
Now set to become a centurion, Kane will lead his team-mates out under the lights at Wembley.
Ready for his 💯th cap!

He is also set to mark the occasion by wearing gold boots, which will match the golden cap he is set to be given in a presentation before the match.
The FA released a statement confirming the plan, saying: “Harry Kane is set to become the tenth player to earn a landmark 100 caps for England men when he captains the Three Lions against Finland at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday night.
“The FA will pay tribute before the UEFA Nations League fixture with a special pre-match ceremony that will include the presentation of a gold cap.”
It was also confirmed that there will be a special tribute for former head coach Sven-Goran Eriksson ahead of kick-off.
