Leicester City star James Maddison has taken to social media on Sunday evening, to lavish praise on a member of Manchester United’s squad.

United, of course, were back in action a short time ago.

Amid an ongoing pursuit of a domestic cup double, the Red Devils made the trip to Wembley, for an FA Cup semi-final showdown with Brighton & Hove Albion.

And, when all was said and done, book their spot in a 2nd finale of the campaign is precisely what Erik ten Hag’s troops went on to manage.

This came after a tense 90 minutes, and half-hour of extra time, saw both sides fail in efforts to carve out an all-important winner.

A penalty shootout, in turn, followed, with a superb display of spot-kick prowess having only been spoiled upon Solly March blazing Brighton’s 7th over the crossbar, allowing Victor Lindelof to decide proceedings with a perfectly-dispatched finish of his own.

It was another member of Erik ten Hag’s Man United squad, though, who most caught the eye of the aforementioned James Maddison.

In a post on his official Twitter account on Sunday evening, Leicester standout Maddison was full of praise for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, going as far as to label the full-back ‘probably the best in the world’ when it comes to one-on-one defending.

This comes after Wan-Bissaka did a superb job of keeping the always lively Kaoru Mitoma relatively quiet.
