Ruud van Nistelrooy takes charge of Manchester United tonight as Leicester City visit Old Trafford in the EFL Cup.
Van Nistelrooy was placed in interim charge following Monday’s dismissal of Erik ten Hag with Ruben Amorim widely expected to take over once the details of his departure from Sporting CP are finalised.
Leicester had been on a good run of form but that stalled on Friday night when they were beaten 3-1 at home by Nottingham Forest.
