Premier League title-chasers Liverpool remain on the hunt to pip domestic rivals Manchester City to the promised land this season after the Reds have climbed within just one point of ep Guardiola’s men, and could now find themselves in another race; securing the services of Serge Gnabry.
The Anfield outfit has recently been linked with interest in the Bayer Munich and Germany international forward after the star man has yet to come to fresh contractual terms at the Allianz Arena with his current deal running down after next season.
As reported by Goal, Gnabry could now be considering a move away from the Bavarian giants if fresh terms are not struck with the Bundesliga frontrunners, one that reflects his status in the team and at least on level terms with both Leroy Sané and Kingsley Coman.

Bayern could find themselves in a very tricky position in the upcoming transfer window, with Gnabry not being the only key attacking asset that could be looking for new grazing grounds after rumors continue to spin around the future of Robert Lewandowski, who has also not yet agreed to a new deal with the headline German club.

It could certainly be encouraging for Liverpool fans should Gnabry be a prime transfer target if the club does part ways with Salah, however, showing the club’s continued commitment to bringing in top-level talent as they continue to look to challenge Manchester City as the leading club in the Premier League.
