Premier League giants Liverpool have, on Thursday, responded to speculation linking star attacker Mohamed Salah with an exit from the club.
For those who may have missed it, the name of wide-man Salah has taken its place front and centre in the English media headlines across the day to date.
This comes after a series of shock reports were forthcoming, pointing towards the Egyptian inching towards a move to Saudi Arabia.
Amid claims that Salah has had his head turned by the staggering money on offer in the Middle East, several outlets went as far as to suggest that an agreement with Al-Ittihad was on the verge of being reached.

Such claims, for altogether understandable reasons, would have come as a major source of concern for the Liverpool faithful.
This comes with Salah still considered a cornerstone of Jurgen Klopp’s squad, and fresh off a goal and assist in his first two outings of the Premier League season.
As confirmed by transfer experts Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein, amongst others, the powers that be at Anfield have made crystal clear to their counterparts at Al-Ittihad their stance on Salah’s potential exit.
The stance in question? The 31-year-old is not for sale, under any circumstances.
