Predicted XI

Team News

Pep Guardiola’s defense of City’s European honors begins in earnest tomorrow night at the Etihad Stadium when Serbian domestic powerhouse FK Crvena Zvezda comes to town.

City come into the clash on the back of a 3-1 away win at overachieving West Ham United on Saturday but remain without the services of Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne.

However, Guardiola could be in line to receive reinforcements via the possible returns of Mateo Kovačić, Jack Grealish, and John Stones, though should all be available, none are expected to be included in the XI. This should see Bernardo Silva and Jérémy Doku retain their starting places, which is a particular boost for Doku in the wake of his first goal in Man City colors over the weekend.
