That man is Tottenham and England striker, Harry Kane.
Kane and Foden are currently playing together at the 2022 Qatar World Cup with England.
Kane has started both of England’s group games so far but is yet to find the back of the net.
As for Foden, he came off the bench vs Iran but was an unused sub vs the USA on Friday, to the dismay of many an England fan.
Now, Foden has been heaping praise on his captain in a recent interview:
“Seeing some of the players that I played against and seeing them in training, the quality was unbelievable,” said the City diamond.
“Harry Kane’s finishing is the best I’ve ever seen. So to see him up close in front of goal in training, with both feet as well. Unbelievable. He makes it look so easy.
“Sometimes he doesn’t even put power through it, it’s just placement.”
