Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino has, on Sunday evening, provided an update on the wellbeing of star defender Reece James.
This, for those who may have missed it, comes after James set pulses racing across the Chelsea fanbase a short time ago
En route to a hard-fought Premier League stalemate with Liverpool, the Blues’ captain was withdrawn 15 minutes from time, replaced by Malo Gusto.
Owing to James’ long-standing fitness woes, fears, in turn, immediately spread surrounding a potential new issue for the England international, after he appeared to signal to the bench that he was in distress.
Gusto is coming on. James signalling some sort of injury. Chilwell takes the captain’s armband.
