Chelsea faced off with Luton on Friday evening in the first Premier League match of gameweek 3.
Chelsea headed into the game looking for their first win of the season.
And after goals from Nicolas Jackson and Raheem Sterling, they got it.
Jackson is Chelsea’s main striker currently and whilst his off-the-ball movement has been excellent in the opening few games, he has lacked finishing.
But after scoring his first Chelsea goal on Friday, Pochettino has backed Jackson to be one of the greatest strikers in the Premier League:
He said: “We knew Nicolas Jackson’s quality when we signed him, we saw that before. It is not that we ask him to run and press the ball, he is quality in the way he recovers the ball, but he also can finish.
