A photo taken in the aftermath of Arsenal’s meeting with West Ham United has piqued widespread attentions online on Sunday evening.
Mikel Arteta’s troops, of course, were back in action earlier today.
Amid ongoing efforts to stave off the challenge of champions Manchester City atop the Premier League table, Arsenal made the trip to the London Stadium, for a showdown with capital rivals West Ham.
And, with ten minutes on the clock in east London, the Gunners looked well on their way to all three points.
This came as goals on the part of Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard guided the evening’s visitors into a deserved two-goal lead.
The job, however, was far from done.

Arsenal’s title hopes, in turn, were dealt a considerable blow.
One member of Arteta’s ranks who was nevertheless in giving mood post-match at the London Stadium, though, comes in the form of Martin Odegaard.
As showcased in the photo below, the Gunners’ captain was spotted in the tunnel on Sunday evening, putting his signature to an Arsenal jersey for none other than transfer target Declan Rice:
