Manchester City is after a record-breaking fourth title, Arsenal is hoping that West Ham will pull off a huge favour for them, and Man Utd, Newcastle, and Chelsea are fighting for a spot in the European tournament.

Who’s Going to Win the Premier League?
Some predicted back in August that Manchester City would win the Premier League handily on their way to a record-breaking fourth title in a row. Though Arsenal has made it to the very end, City leads by two points with one game remaining and 1/14 on some sportsbooks. It has been much closer than that.
