After an unusually quiet January, Premier League clubs have been wheeling and deeling once again during the summer transfer window.
A host of new faces line up for clubs up and down the league on the opening weekend.
We have picked out five summer signings you should keep an eye on this season.

Joshua Zirkzee
Manchester United have freshened up their attack with the signing of Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna.
United forked out £36.5million for the 23-year-old, who can operate across the front line and scored 11 goals in Serie A last term.
With No9 Rasmus Hojlund set to miss the start of the season due to injury, Zirkzee is set to play a key role from the start under Erik ten Hag.
Riccardo Calafiori
Also arriving from Bologna is Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori, who chose Arsenal as his next club after shining at Euro 2024.
The versatile defender will further bolster Mikel Arteta’s stringent back-line, with the left-back position looking likely to become his.
And with Jurrien Timber’s return, the meanest defence in the league last season looks set to become enough tougher to break down.

Savinho
Manchester City have added another weapon to Pep Guardiola’s collection after the signing of Savinho from Troyes.
The Brazilian was one of LaLiga’s star men while on loan at Girona last season, registering nine goals and 10 assists as they qualified for the Champions League for the first time.
Both Troyes and Girona are part of City’s ownership group and there is hope that the 20-year-old could be the first to graduate through to the top of the pyramid at the Etihad.
Archie Gray
Tottenham’s capture of Archie Gray, one of the Championship’s finest players last season, from Leeds looks like a real coup.
The boyhood Leeds fan, still just 18, seemingly had some of the country’s biggest clubs chasing him after 44 first-team appearances last term.
A talented midfielder who has also featured in defence for Ange Postecoglou during pre-season, Gray should get plenty of chances to show his talent in the top flight in 2024-25.
Niclas Fullkrug
West Ham looked to have solved their striker issue with the eye-catching capture of Germany striker Niclas Fullkrug.
An old-school, ‘traditional’ No9, Fullkrug scored 16 goals last season to help Borussia Dortmund reach the Champions League final, while he also scored twice for Germany at Euro 2024.
His throwback style has seen him garner a popular following in Germany and looks like the kind of player Hammers fans will also take to in East London.
