Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola is one of five managers nominated for the Premier League’s Manager of the Season award for 2023-24.

The accolade will be partially determined by a public vote with fans able to cast a vote via the Premier League website before midday on Monday, May 13.

The votes will be combined with those from a panel of football experts with the winner announced on Saturday, May 18.

Here are the nominees:

Mikel Arteta – Arsenal

With two games remaining Arsenal are top of the table and seeking to secure a first Premier League title in 20 years. Mikel Arteta has overseen the best attacking and defensive records this season with the Gunners scoring 88 goals and conceding only 28. Their 26 wins are the most in the league.

Unai Emery – Aston Villa

Villa have gone from strength to strength under the Spaniard, who guided them to the Europa Conference League last season. 12 months on his side are close to sealing a place in the Champions League. Villa have beaten Man City and are the only team this season to have completed the double against his former side Arsenal.

Pep Guardiola – Man City

Last year’s win in this award was his fourth overall. If City can win their final three games of the season then they will overhaul Arsenal and land their fourth straight Premier League title – the first club to ever do so.

Andoni Iraola – Bournemouth

In his first season in the Premier League Iraola has guided Bournemouth into the top1-0, building on their 15th place finish in 2022-23.

Jurgen Klopp – Liverpool

In his final season at Anfield, the two-time winner has managed a spate of injuries to keep his side in the title race until the final weeks of the season.
