Supporters of Spanish giants Real Madrid have flooded to social media on Tuesday night, to collectively respond to the latest display put on show by Eden Hazard in the club’s meeting with Celtic.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops marked their return to European action a short time ago.

Hopeful of getting the defence of their Champions League title up and running in style, Los Blancos made the trip to Glasgow, for a highly-anticipated meeting with Scottish champions Celtic.

And, when all was said and done, kick their campaign on the continent into gear courtesy of a three-point haul is precisely what Real went on to do.

After being dominated throughout much of the opening 45 minutes, Los Merengues emerged for the 2nd-half looking reinvigorated, to eventually put a trio of goals past their shell-shocked hosts.

Vinicius Junior was first on target, before Luka Modric doubled the visitors’ advantage in trademark style:

The player in question? Eden Hazard.

Wide-man Hazard was introduced to the fray with just 30 minutes on the clock at Parkhead, after Karim Benzema was forced to limp out of proceedings with a knee complaint.

And, safe to say, the Belgian international went on to take full advantage of the opportunity afforded to him.

Amid an impactful all-round display, Hazard notched both a goal and an assist, providing a timely reminder of the immense talent still possessed in his twinkling feet.

And such efforts have since given rise to the ex-Chelsea man being deservedly lavished in praise online, with just some of the highlights from across Twitter showcased below:
