A fresh insight into the future of Chelsea star Reece James has come to the fore late on Sunday evening.
For those not aware, fresh speculation surrounding the name of full-back James had begun to spread across the European media over the course of the last few days.
This came amid surprise suggestions that the England international could be on the move in the summer, owing to interest on the part of La Liga leaders Barcelona.

Such a move always looked something of a long-shot, though, with Barcelona of course struggling for funds, and James remaining an absolutely integral member of the backline at Chelsea.
In turn, it should come as little surprise, on Sunday, to hear of rumours of a potential joining of forces between the two parties put firmly to bed.
The latest info comes courtesy of transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, was has confirmed in no uncertain terms that ‘there’s nothing’ in the Spanish-based links.
