Erling Haaland has been in immense form for Manchester City this season.
The Norwegian’s ability to shine in the Premier League was called into question when he was signed last summer from Borussia Dortmund.
However, he has since netted 28 in 26 Premier League matches and 42 in 37 outings across all competitions.
Haaland has also broken countless Premier League records and remains on course to break a few more before the season is out.
But Manchester City had to do without Haaland for their meeting with Liverpool last weekend due to a groin issue that also saw the 22-year-old miss the March international break.
But when speaking ahead of facing Southampton on Saturday, Pep Guardiola confirmed that Haaland is back fit:
Manchester City head into the game sat eight points adrift of league leaders Arsenal, but the Gunners are not in action until Sunday when they face Liverpool, meaning City can pile some pressure on their title rivals with a win over the Saints the day prior.
