An insight into the financial outlay set to be committed to by the powers that be at Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur to bring Micky van de Ven to the club has been provided on Sunday evening.
The name of defender van de Ven has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines on the Lilywhite half of north London for several weeks now.
This comes amid long-standing confirmation that the 22-year-old has been identified as a chief target on the part of the transfer team at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
In fact, just today, van de Ven was spotted in attendance in north London, as his soon-to-be employers made short work of Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk:

Amid the mounting excitement surrounding his arrival, though, just how much are Spurs set to splash out on the Dutchman’s signature?
Well, as alluded to above, an insight into precisely that has been forthcoming late on Sunday.
This fee could rise considerably over the years to come, however.
This comes with a further €20 million in bonuses having been agreed upon, in the case of a wide-ranging series of clauses being activated.
