French giants Paris Saint Germain are ready to announce as many as six fresh faces at the Parc des Princes this week as they look to complete a major overhaul of their squad, it has been revealed.
The French champions have already agreed to part ways with last season’s boss Christoph Galtier, who is now under arrest as part of a racism inquiry from his time at OGC Nice, an issue that was unrelated to his departure.
The Parisians have agreed a deal to see Luis Enrique take over, and have already made several signings in a bid to finally undo their Champions League hoodoo, which saw them tamely exit the competition at the hands of Bayern Munich last season.

They have already seen high-profile stars Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos depart at the end of their contracts, but are ready to beef up their squad with as many as six new faces.
Taking centre-stage is Manuel Ugarte, who will join the French side from Sporting CP for a fee of 60m euros having turned down the option to join Chelsea in favour of the Parisians.
He will be joined by Lucas Hernandez, who will arrive from Bayern Munich in a 45m euro move, and Kang-in Lee, with the 22-year-old arriving from Mallorca for a further 22m euros.
Finally, young prodigy Cher Ndour, who most recently played for Benfica, will be arriving in the French capital.
Though already spending in excess of 100m euros, it is not expected to be the end of PSG’s summer spending, with the French side still keen on a move for Bernardo Silva should he become available, and potentially needing to replace one of or both Neymar and Kylian Mbappe before September’s deadline.
