An insight into Inter Miami’s plans to unveil Lionel Messi as the club’s marquee summer signing has been provided on Sunday evening.
The efforts of MLS outfit Inter on the transfer front have of course found themselves at the forefront of the media headlines for several weeks now.
This comes with David Beckham’s side in the midst of adding a whole host of legends of the European game to their ranks.
To this point, the Herons have brought in Barcelona legend Sergio Busquets, whilst also having their sights firmly on the services of both Jordi Alba and Luis Suarez.

Without question, though, Inter’s headline addition has come in the form of seven-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.
Fresh off the conclusion of his contract with French giants Paris Saint-Germain, veteran attacker Messi has opted to leave the European game in the rear view, to presumably see out the remaining years of his club career in the United States.
As alluded to above, though, the Florida club’s supporters need not fret.
As confirmed by reliable Argentine journalist Gaston Edul, Messi will finally be presented in front of the adoring Inter faithful on Sunday, July 16th.
