A fresh insight into the incoming takeover at Premier League giants Manchestr United has been forthcoming late on Thursday evening.
The subject of the ownership situation on the red half of Manchester has of course come back to the fore in a major way across the last couple of weeks.
This comes after word was forthcoming in the media that a fresh push to oust current majority shareholders the Glazers from their place in the boardroom at Old Trafford is on the horizon.
A group of private investors from Qatar, it is understood, are ready to move forward with an offer to take full control of United.

They are not the only ones, though, with both English businessman Jim Ratcliffe and a growing contingent of Saudi conglomerates also keenly interested.
And now, as alluded to above, an insight into precisely when any such changing of hands at the Theatre of Dreams could come about has been provided.
‘Manchester United hope to be under new ownership before Easter, with a bid from Qatar due to land tomorrow as well as offers from a number of other serious bidders.’
The deadline for interested parties to move forward with opening offers, it is understood, has been set at 10pm UK time on Friday.
