Chelsea announced the arrival of Moises Caicedo for another British transfer record fee on Monday, but it has been revealed that they have no intention of stopping there in their transfer spending spree this summer.
The Blues have committed to spending £850m in 12 months under new owner Todd Boehly, splashing the cash on a massive 22 new faces in a bid to turn the fortunes of the club around, just two years after they lifted the Champions League trophy.
Caicedo is the latest addition, with the Ecuadorian midfielder joining the club rather than Liverpool, in a deal worth up to £115m (£100m+£15m add ons) and with the midfielder penning a nine-year contract at Stamford Bridge.

To the annoyance of many Premier League fans, however, this will not be the end of their spending, and the Athletic claim that they are still looking to add a further four players before the end of the summer transfer window on September 1st.
Chief among those is fellow midfielder Romeo Lavia, who is expected to join the west Londoners from Southampton in a deal worth £50m imminently, having also turned down the advances of Liverpool to make the switch.
They are also in the market for another goalkeeper, with Kepa Arrizabalaga having joined Real Madrid on loan and seemingly left with no future at Stamford Bridge, meaning that a new shot-stopper will be needed to provide competition to fellow new signing Robert Sanchez.
