Tottenham Hotspur are one of three clubs interested in signing Liverpool reserve goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher this summer, but will face competition from Brentford and Brighton this summer in a bid to land his signature.
Hugo Lloris, currently out injured, is now well beyond his peak and, out of contract in 2024, is not expected to be the Spurs no.1 next season, with Tottenham making a new goalkeeper their priority this summer.
Fraser Forster has filled in for the Frenchman, but he himself is 35 years old and also out of contract in just over 12 months time.

Spurs have been linked with a whole host of shot-stoppers to replace their veteran duo, with the likes of Everton’s Jordan Pickford, Manchester United’s Dean Henderson and Brentford’s David Raya all among those that they are reported to hold interest in.
For one reason or another, however, they seem unlikely to be able to pick up any of the trio, and as a result have reportedly turned their attention to Kelleher, who has made just three Liverpool appearances this season.
The hero of their Carabao Cup run last season, the Republic of Ireland international is keen to move away from Anfield this summer in search of first team football, though Jurgen Klopp has warned that it will take an ‘extraordinary’ offer to tempt the club into selling.
