Antonio Conte’s long-term future at Tottenham Hotspur is under real question at the moment.

Spurs have had a very mixed campaign and the Italian’s mood has been very mixed.

Understandably though given he is living away from his family, recently lost two close friends, and having just undergone major surgery.

Tottenham could well need to replace him in the summer and they are already been linked with new managers.

De Zerbi to replace Conte?

Tottenham are being linked with a move for Brighton and Hove Albion manager Roberto De Zerbi, according to the Telegraph.

The Italian is doing an excellent job with the Seagulls since taking over from Graham Potter.

The 43-year-old sets up his team in a similar way to that of Conte but with a more attacking approach.

De Zerbi could be a perfect fit for Spurs’ current squad.

However, Roma, Juventus, Inter Milan and AC Milan could all change managers in the summer and target De Zerbi.

There has already been some slight friction between De Zerbi and Brighton, with the head coach unhappy at the club’s failure to sign new players in January.

He could also lose key players in the summer such as Alexis Mac Allister and Moises Caicedo.

Meanwhile, he was also sent off in their defeat to Fulham on the weekend.
