Cristian Romero is suspended for the clash after seeing red against Man City.
The Argentine was shown two yellow cards against the champions and will miss just one match.
Japhet Tanganga, Davinson Sanchez, or even Emerson Royal could replace him.
Pape Matar Sarr
Pape Matar Sarr has returned just at the right time from a hip injury.
The midfielder may well be needed in the Champions League next week.
With Bissouma out and Hojbjerg suspended, Sarr could start at the San Siro.
